Living rooms: Lounge (ground floor) attractively furnished, 1 x 3 seater sofa, 1 x 2 seater sofa, TV, DVD, SKY+ box with UK TV stations, dining table with eight chairs and sideboard.
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and private front terrace. Bedroom 2 with two single beds, fitted wardrobes and sun terrace. Bedroom 3 with two single beds and fitted wardrobes.
Bathrooms: Main bathroom can be isolated to bedroom 1 with 2 wash basins, spa bath, shower, wc and bidet. En-suite bathroom 2 with bath, shower, wc, bidet and wash basin. Downstairs shower room with shower, wc, bidet and wash basin.
Kitchen: Fully equipped modern kitchen including gas and electric hobs, hotplate, oven, grill, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster. Breakfast bar with stools.
Other: Very large private sun terrace to rear of kitchen, outside barbeque, tennis court and shared pool (for use of Colmeia resident's only). Underground secure parking with direct access to house and remote control doors (up to 3 cars off road).
